Yarn: 60 yards aran-weight superwash wool, such as Debbie Bliss Rialto or Berocco Pure Merino. If working two socks at one time, you’ll need two separate balls of yarn.
Gauge: 5 sts/in in St st
Needles: Circular needle(s) OR set of DPNs, in whatever size required for YOU to obtain gauge. I use US #6 (4.0 mm). What kind of needles you require depends on how you prefer to knit in the round. I prefer magic loop, which requires one circular needle, 47 inches long.
