A free basic worsted weight sock pattern for toe-up or top-down socks, knit one– or two-at-a-time, using Magic Loop.

This is the pattern I use to teach sock-knitting to first-time sock-knitters, and they always get great results.

I’ve been using Liat’s pattern for worsted weight socks for Christmas gifts. I can make a pair in a week, and it’s a great way to use some of my stash odds-and-ends. They’re super warm and comfy, and even the guys like them.” – Mary (ccoastknitter on Ravelry)
