Materials: Yarn: 1 skein (~200 yards) in two colors of worsted-weight or bulky-weight wool. If using worsted weight, hold 2 strands together throughout. Gauge: 2.5 sts and 4 rows/inch in St st. Needles: One 47-inch-long circular needle US #15 (10.0 mm). If you know how to knit in the round on Magic Loop, this one needle will suffice for the whole project. If you prefer to work with DPNs, you’ll need one 16-inch-long circular needle US #15 (10.0 mm) and one set of 5 DPNs US #15 (10.0 mm). Notions: Stitch markers; tapestry needle, scissors. A few safety pins can help hold everything in place when you are laying out the moebius bowl rim to pick up stitches. You will also need access to a washing machine or sink full of hot water to felt the bowls.
